Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Wbot. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- Refunds are only available if the service has not been significantly used.
- Unused credits from prepaid plans may be eligible for partial refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to fair usage assessment.
- All payments are processed securely through our payment providers (e.g., Paddle, PayPro Global). Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
- To request a refund, contact support@wbot.dev with your transaction details and reason for the request.
